Essential cookies are necessary for the website to function properly. These cookies enable core functionality such as security, authentication, and session management. Without these cookies, the service cannot be provided. Essential cookies do NOT require consent under PECR.

Why These Cookies Are Essential

  • Authentication: Enable secure login and identify authenticated users
  • Security: Protect against CSRF attacks and session hijacking
  • Session management: Remember user state as they navigate the website
  • Core functionality: Enable features like Settings, Billing, and Data Upload

These cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function. Disabling them will prevent you from using WriteTrack.

WriteTrack does NOT currently use analytics cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising networks, or any third-party behavioural tracking tools.

If we introduce analytics in the future, this Cookie Policy will be updated and any non-essential cookies will require your explicit consent before being placed.

5. Third-Party Cookies

We use a small number of trusted third-party services that may set cookies when you use WriteTrack. These cookies are necessary to provide specific functionality.

Stripe (Payment Processing)

Purpose:

Stripe sets cookies to enable secure payment processing and fraud prevention when you subscribe to WriteTrack or manage billing.

Google Fonts (Optional)

Purpose:

We may use Google Fonts to display custom typography. However, we prefer self-hosting fonts to avoid third-party tracking.

Do Not Track (DNT)
